At ZEVIYA, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every fragrance you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from ZEVIYA’s official store or website.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process the return.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return

Shipping charges for sending the product back to us will be paid by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval.

Approved returns will be refunded in full (excluding return shipping charges) to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the product is opened, used, or damaged, it may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchange Option
If you prefer, we can also exchange your perfume for another fragrance of your choice instead of issuing a refund.
Customer will pay the shipping charges for sending the product back, but we will ship the exchanged item to you free of cost.
