Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Products should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from ZEVIYA’s official store or website.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process the return.

How to Request a Return

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval.

  • Approved returns will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If the product is found opened, used, or damaged, it may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchange Option

If you prefer, we can also exchange your perfume for another fragrance of your choice instead of issuing a refund — at no extra cost.
